Cool, my wife and I are about 3 months in on our Keto journey.. Really helped get me off this latest plateau and continue losing weight. Down about 80lbs from 305 a year ago.

wow thats an impressive change in physique. After this cut i'll be bulking on Keto hoping to get over 200lbs.

Thanks. I had a lot of weight to lose, I'm slowing down now and focusing on building good muscle tone. My goal weight is about 215 or 220.

Same here. In July i'm going on a bulk trying to get from 180 to 200.
