Bumper scratched. CF lip or fix it?

I just scratched the bottom front side of my bumper. It is visible while looking at the bumper. Check out the photos below. Any opinions on what I should do? Fix it or just get a lip? I have 3M film on it but it looks terminal.

well you can Completely cover that visually, by getting the ZCP front lips. i am uncertain if all lips could over it, but im pretty sure the ZCP lips do, i installed some for my friend and boy it glued on nicely.

That is true but the OEM lips require that you roughen the area where the lips touch the paint. They do actually cover the affected areas

I have to figure out how to keep the 3M film on the bumper but remove it in the areas that need to be glued.

That's nothing - you can probably smooth that out with a good amount of polishing.

Even though can feel the groves via my finger nail? I think it went through the 3M film

That is cool. How did they fix it? A body shop or one of those people that do on the spot fixes. I was even thinking of molding the OEM splitters and then having them painted.

This is exactly what prompted me to get my lip...and it was only my clear bra that got a little scratched.
