Listing my AST 5200 for the M3 for sale. These only have 1000~ miles on them since i haven't been driving the car a lot lately since I bought an s2000. I figure I dont need this hardcore of a suspension on it. If i were driving the car more, I think id keep it though because there are no issues with it and I have been very happy with it.

It's double adjustable with remote compression reservoirs. Front springs are Swifts at 450lbs and rear are AST springs at 850lbs. Despite the high rates, the car feels very compliant because of the extra travel. On lower settings its actually more comfortable than stock.These come with front vorshlag camber plates and have everything you need to install.
