updated on page one..
It is .120 for the steel and everything is TIG welded. In order this to happen we have to start taking deposits for the cages. Once we reach a certain we can go from there. |

Does the E90 design look the same? If it's substantially different, is there a tech drawing of what the E90 one looks like?

Also, the purpose of this setup is to have some that is easy to remove and install. Many of us use our cars as DD and most times it would be a pain to have seats and spaced removed. |

Would the e92 cage work for just the carbon roof version or will it also be compatible with the sunroof version? The old VS cage would only fit carbon roof E92.

I don't see why there would be a difference, but I will have them test it on a sunroof car. Should not be a problem

so if it reaches 5 is it still 200 more for e90? also - since you're not a vendor/sponsor and just a hobbyist doing this for fun would you disclose to us if you're profiting from this? And if so, how much? Not expecting you to do anything for free - we appreciate you pulling this together but since you're a fellow enthusiast it's not inappropriate for you to disclose details like this. |

What if any modification to the car is needed for the installation. For both e90/92.

I will not be profiting from this, I was planning on getting this made for my car and when I spoke with the shop who made them, he mentioned he was thinking about setting up a group buy, so I thought might as well get it done so I don't have to pay the 25xx price tag. Also, the only modification needed would be to drill holes for the main hoop and remove all your seats in the rear |
