Time frame: Production Start to NJ Delivery
So... Like most folks on here, I am obsessing over taking delivery of my recently ordered E92 M3. Looks like I am slated to go into production during week 51 (next week; fingers crossed).
What is a realistic time frame from production start to NJ delivery? My CA feels 4 weeks is reasonable, but I would like to get some opinions from those who have taken delivery recently. Obviously this wait is killing me; especially when I check on my status and it has not changed since I ordered back in Nov. Thanks for the feedback!!! |

4 weeks sounds about right from the beginning of production. Might be less since you're on the east coast.

4 weeks seems fast. Production usually takes 7-10 days, then a few more days to get to port. Then it will be about a 14 day boat ride, then stops through customs and the VPC. The Christmas holidays will slow things down.
Five weeks, maybe six would be most realistic. If you get is sooner, you'll be a happy fellow! Congrats! |
