Arrow BMW Motorsport Front Splitter & Rear Wing (Updated w/ Pictures)

Looks like the front splitter and rear wing have been homologated... also confirmed by member midnightclub who got a ride in the new GT4 at BMW's Miramas secret test facility.

...This also means that we will be able to purchase them as BMW Motorsport parts for an arm and a leg from selective US dealers.

These are wind tunnel proven pieces with actual downforce. Not your typical cosmetic consumable.

thats not exactly the gts front lip, although it does incorporate the brake vents on the GT4 quite well...

Thanks for the pic. That's a sweet looking lip. I wonder how much the brake ducts are?

Catalogs and participating dealers are here: http://www.bmwusa.com/standard/conte...portparts.aspx

Usually dealers have a 20% margin on these (so I was told), and they can offer 10% of MSRP.

That splitter is the first worthwhile body modification I've seen for the E9x M3 so far. Yay

Correction:

Contacted BMW Motorsports. Front splitter is now only available for GT4 owners. Will be available to public in 1-2 months.

Rear wing is already available. PN 5162 8282168.

Oh i will be JUMPING on that lip when it's available. Major reason is the brake duct holes, and it just looks so nice...Hopefully not super $$

It's not the typical street car parts. Motorsport parts are only available via a handful of dealers in the US.

The great thing is that this is a lip that actually creates downforce...
