The 24 Hours of LeMons - Summit Point June 19-20

Anyone interested? Here's the short of it:
The team needs to have 4-6 members.
The car can't be worth more than $500 (excludes safty equipment)
The car can be demolished at any time.
The car that makes the most laps before dieing wins.
Winner gets $1,500

We must be signed up by April 10th.

Well I talked to Bogdan. If you want to do this event talk to him. I am taking myself out this year on the fact that I spend some cash on buying another BMW last month.

We started forming a team, but it never materialized, so I'm definitely in (probably with 2 others including a mechanic)

this always scares people off because the total team cost is closer to $10,000 and not the $500 everyone thinks
