Michelin Alpin PA2 in 235 and 265
How well would a setup with Michelin Alpin PA2's in 235/40/18 in the front and 265/40/18 work in the mid-atlantic winter?
*UPDATE* Living in MD and the M being my DD, I've had to do some real winter driving lately and these tires ROCK!! I've had no real issues driving around with these tires at all, sure it loses traction little here and there when trying to accelerate but nothing worth complaining about. I'm on my fourth winter with them. Now that they are about 2/3rds worn, they are starting to make some noise and don't grip as well as they used to. I must have at least 30k miles on them, though. 20k worth of those miles were on a 500 hp 4200 lb car. So they hold up pretty well.
