Locking finance rate?

Currently the financing rate is 2.9% for an M3 til March 02. If I order a car today, am I locked into that rate?

To my understanding they will, or so what the CA told me. I'm locked in at 2.9%, but if they drop the rate(which I doubt) I will get whatever lower rate they offer. But I could be wrong and he was just saying that.

Rate locks are good up to 60 days from program end date and 90 days from program end date in the west region.

Is the 2.9% good for up to 6 years?

I just ordered last week. Rate at 2.9% is a 60-day lock. If rates drop, you go down to the lower rate. CA also said if there were issues with production/delivery, they could extend or re-lock the rate.
