b) Go to a BUTCHER to buy your meats. The meats sold at supermarkets and and butchers are on different grading scales. So that grade A angus thats top quality at the market is about the shittiest quality you can purchase at a good butcher.

c) GTF back in the kitchen now...

The only thing that I don't like about the electric smokers is that you have to buy specific 'biscuits' for the self feeding mechanism, you can't use the wood chips of your choosing. That is what has kept me from buying so far.

so far i've smoked ribs, sausages, and chicken



my first attempt lol, it looks burnt, but it's really not, it tasted amazing.


right now this turkey is getting smoked


then later tonight i'm going to smoke some trout
