If you've used it and like it then I'm not going to tell you not to...I just inferred otherwise given your "finally" switching to iphone 4...my mistake. I gave my iphone a year and a few months and finally got fed up not only with the spotty reliability of the software but also with how cumbersome it was to do simple things that I had become used to doing by pushing a single button on my BB. Combined with the fact that the majority of my phone usage is not web/app/etc, as I sit at a computer most of the day, and when I'm away from my desk the only critical connection I have is communicative rather than web access, the integration of these communicative mediums in a single interface in the BBOS I was starting to miss very much, and I'm very happy to have back again.

Ahh I see. Well I can understand that. Yes I might not have been totally clear in regards to my experiance with it. Let me tell you changing from the 3G to the 3GS was a big improvement. But to each their own and to their own uses and purposing. Thanks for the insight!

I have the above for my "Ghetto" tour and love it..

Why?

It has the shock resistance (the silicone as apposed to all metal/plastic)... and a nice firm plastic case that wraps around it... This makes it not sucha pita to get the thing in and out of the pocket and offers additional protection as if it were a solid case.

Love the case.

Incase snap case. I tried several others before falling in love with this one. I've found every other case to be far too clunky for a sleek device like this.

Awesome Mike! That one looks pretty cool. You'll be amazed at the quality of the machining and the style, imo. Let me know when you get it!

The SPG CF skin isn't permanent, and neither is the Vapor one (supposedly). From the reviews I've read, it's easier to remove the SPG one and it leaves less of a sticky residue than the Vapor one. By far, the SPG feels better in your hand, and I'm sure the quality is better as well. I don't recommend the Vapor CF backing, but I highly recommend the SPG one.

PS Broker I will eat my words these cases are sick

Also Chewy how does the protection seem with just an outer shell?
They didn't have the Chroma out when I purchased mine (I pre-ordered my Vapor 4), so I can't say how the suede backing will hold. My SPG CF backing shows no signs of wear, which is awesome.

The protection is pretty much what you could imagine. I've only dropped my phone on a hard surface (pavement) once, while getting out of the car. No scratches on the case or the phone, which is what I'd imagine would happen if it fell on the side or corner. If it fell on the screen and hit something sharp, then it probably would damage the screen.

I forgot to add, that if you want to see my original review of this case when I first got it, you can do that here: http://blog.ashuc.com/?p=434

Now imagine its white.

...ok fine that doesn't quite have the punch it did in the movie when I relate it to Phones.

But I just found out the location of the buttons on the Verizon version are different...grrr. Wankers!

Received it as a gift since I am always on my phone. Simply put it is PHENOMENAL! I get 1 and a HALF full charges while the phone's brightness is 100%, email set to push refreshing every 30 mins, bluetooth on, wifi on, and notifications on. I've gone through the case game and have had MANY MANY cases and simply put it, this is the BEST one IMO. Also it's a micro USB, so you can use Blackberry chargers to charge it.
