Fuse Block for Key on Power
I hardwired my radar detector yesterday and had zero luck finding a spare key on block in the fuse panel. I read the DIY in the DIY forum and that guy used #5 on is 08 e92 but #5 on my 08 seemed dead. I am tapped into another empty port forget the number but it is constant power. Anybody know another number I could try that worked as key on for them?

Bump for a 2011 car. I can't seem to find a empty large fuse slot that goes off with ignition or even after 20 minutes when the car's suppose to be in sleep mode.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."
