+1 and Hartge steering wheel with a ///M logo

I wonder how does the shifter work? Don't they have a button in the front of an AT shift knob?

I had that knob on my AT back when I had the E90, just bought some CF sheet from NA Motorsport and covered the shift pattern up, no big deal

Its not an M. Even though it has an M logo on the steering wheel. And it has a 335i/328i/535i etc. redline.
