soapy (dish soap, but only a little) water and a toothbrush to agitate then wipe clean w/ a damp rag and refluff w/ a toothbrush

This keeps my suede and alcantara 100%

How did you get the red stripe?

As for cleaning:

Chemical Guys and Sonax also have vids on how to clean Alcantara.
I just used Griot's interior brush at started at the top and worked my way down. Then their interior cleaner and damp rag. Felt like new afterwards. It only takes 10-15 minutes.

OP, why does the blue stripe hurt your eyes???
Get into a butt clenching moment, and you'l be happy to have to stripe tell you which way is forward.

Can you tell if they colored the blue or cut out the blue leather?

Definitely not cut. I'm not sure how they do it, but it appears they just dye over top of the blue. It looks perfect.
