So why can't the US clean up after Katrina that fast.... They spent Billions and New Orleans is still not back normal yet.

Japan is more more important than katrina? its quite simple to understand, the change of the amount of economic input/output in Japan was much greater vs New Orleans. The real problem is all of that nuclear matter just all around the world now. people havent realized whats really happening... its a fucking nightmare.

Beacause american will sit on their ass scheming for a way to do the least amount of work for the highest price. The japanese will do it for free or minimum wage because that is just built into them from their culture.
