BMW assist & message stop working

Anyone experience with these problems ? BT audio & telephone is working except BMW assist and I can't send map to vehicle.

I have the same problem, I can't send an address to my BMWs using Google maps. I've had the car since Nov 1 and it used to work. 1st they said I had to have my email address in caps but that didn't matter. Then they said they would get someone working on it and get back to me. That was at least 2 weeks ago. Please post if you get this fixed. BTW, my assist works. TIA.

Drop the car off tonight and await to hear back from dealer by tomorrow AM, definitely will keep you posted once the problem is fix.

Dealer had the car for last two days and they said the Combox can't not register any numbers and that is why BMW assist is not works.

Did you pay for the service? it is fee for one year I believe after that you have to pay.

BMW Assist Safety Plan is included/free with purchase for 4 years in the USA...

Dealer told me somehow the car went to sleep mode and they will try to reprogram the idrive & BMW assist tomorrow.

Need to replace a combox and the car only had 2500 miles.
