The layout of the track(Mas-du-Clos, France) differs from the movie because they edited the movie a bit weird. Just look at Laffite having problems with (de)clutching this 5 speed dog-leg gearbox.

you can't really say "comfortably seats two" though

the guy seemed to be really scared driving it.

it was amazing to see how far he could push it being only in the first gear...

Laffite drove F1turbos with more than 1000BHP and 600kgs back in the beginning of the '80s.

This is him in the Ligier F1 being chased by Nikki Lauda(A, Ferrari 312T)in 1977
