Nice. What gear and speed did you start the runs at?

Are you going to the Shift-S3ctor Airstrip event?

We started in 2nd gear and ended top of 4th gear. On the fwy he couldn't catch me...I just kept on pulling away from him.

I'm signed up to go on Saturday for the Airstrip

Awesome see you there. There's a bunch of GTR's signed up too and I was wondering if a stock 2013 GTR with 545 HP would match up with a Stage 2 M3(VF or ESS intercooled). Looks like the Stage 2 M3's would have the advantage on a roll-on.

Sounds good!

I would match up with ANY GTR (doesn't matter if I win or not) Even when the GTR was in FIRST gear he pulled a car length then I caught him then passed him. I'm really surprised with the power delivery with the VF620 kit.

Your M3 is a beast to walk a FBO/tuned GT-R! The next step is the upgraded turbo GT-Rs and it would be insane if you could hang with one of those.

Did you do an upgraded pulley or any other tweaks with the VF kit? Your dyno is very impressive for a VF620 kit plus catless x-pipe.

Nice pull Joe! Always good to see a boosted M get the job done, but I'm not surprised at all be the results.

If you are making 560whp or pushing more than 6psi, I would recommend running 93+ octane when you are out doing spirited runs or at the track, otherwise you could be asking for trouble, 91 is not a good recipe for high compression with that much boost and whp.

Thanks! I'll be running a 600+ GTR tomorrow 2013 Black Edition with E85. So we'll see how I do against that. I think I'll lose though

No upgrade on the pulley whatever VF gave me that is what I put

Thanks bro! I don't think I'm pushing more than 6psi...Nik said around 6-6.5 max. I'll run higher octane at the air strip for sure. I wanted to let everyone see that the car is strong on just 91 octane

I can't wait to see how the Airstrip event turns out! West Coast guys have all the fun....

I hear you and you did awesome J, but it's a 620 kit, and you are over 6psi, either way if you're making 560whp, 91 octane is risky IMHO.

Loving it. Too bad 91 is all we can get our hands on out here in CA. Never thought I'd be paying over 5 bucks a gallon for it either.

Nice job. I ran two GTR's on Friday night and I didn't fair as well as you. Both were on E85 and tunes. I'm not sure what else they had. But they got me. I have a ESS 625 powered e92. Nice guys though. They did mention my friend and I were the quickest M3's they had encountered to date. Like I mentioned though, nice guys!!

Nice Job ! Especially considering your 6MT ....

Not to thread jack but here's a video of me running a FBO GTR with 1000cc injectors and E85 fuel that put down roughly 625-650whp as per owner
