I don't know what this show is, but the overall style of this segment is vaguely fifth/top gear esque.

wow that guy is bad... If I am to understand this show correctly, Dodge Vipers should be completely un-drivable?

The Viper was buid to be driven w/o the help from computers the R8 (500hp) clearly not.

Possibly true.. just like how most modern combat fighter is aerodynamically unstable and require one hell of a computer to keep them flying.

It's a very false video this, when a car is designed to include all of these things and then to remove them does not show how things would be if they were never there in the first place.

Power assisted brakes and steering feels and behaves totally when both system are deactivated then ones which have neither.

This is typical sensationalising things to look good on TV.
