can tpms be added after wheels are produced??

Hi, quick question. can the tire pressure sensors be added to wheels after they have been produced without specifications for them?

As you can see I'm not familiar with it because in Europe I never needed any.

No I believe they have to be produced with the intention of tpms installation. I think your best bet is to contact the manufacturer.

Dont quote me but: On a 3piece wheel it is always possible, in 1piece most all are tpms compatible

Europe's ETRTO and North America's T&RA Specifications have about the same specs for valve hole size and location, but not all sensors will fit the nominal specs.
