Remove the spacers, use a wire brush to remove anything stuck in the hub exterior surface and the inside of the spacers center hole. hit the spacer with a rubber hammer, lower portion and it should let the top come off... you should have no problems.

you can't even put a blade in between it is so tight ... like i said it took me 2h or so to take them off ...

Looks good although to me it looks like the front might have been pushed out a touch too far.

I just did the 15 front/12 rear spacer treatment using the beautiful Rogue spacers from Bimmerworld. Fabulous engineering. Lightweight. Perfect fit. NO vibration. It seems that 15/12 F/R is the ticket for stock sized wheels (mine are actually Fikse's but they're the stock size so I could cheap out and use the OEM tires. I wanted weight savings and great looks without rattling my middle-aged back.) Fit is as shown on REP1KRR's photos. The front does NOT extend beyond the fender.

I just ordered the Rogues in 12/12. The cutouts to reduce weight are larger than on the German brand. The notched back to allow them to be pried off is nice, too. And, they're US-made.

How's the fitment on the Rogues? Any shimmy?

Actually, if I were to go with 12/12mm and H&R springs, anyone think there would be any contact with the fenders Front/back in dips or turning?

You'll be fine - we've installed even a few sets of 15/18mm combos on H&R-equipped setups with sufficient clearance.

Haven't found any extended length locking bolts in black. I'm not using anything for now.
