42k. The idrive upgrade and LCI are nice, but you can get 09's for a little bit more.

If its CPO I would say $45k. No CPO $42-$43k...

Its not CPO. Its warrantied til 01/13 and has new Michelin tires (valued at 1200). I just dont get why people overprice these 2008 M3's.

I paid $45k and I had 45000 miles on mine and it was CPO'd with every option BMW offered for the M3.

They are still going for that much because it is the current M3 platform and people are still paying that for them. I would walk in with a cashiers check or cash and I bet they will let it go for $42k. Walk away if they don't.

This 2008 e92 AW CPO sold for 42.5k.

I thought 40k was a fair/good deal for this black e92 listed since its not CPO'd.

Private sale is less than a dealer. For some reason I thought the one you were looking at was at a dealer... Plus new tires and complete iDrive update is bucks so I would say from a private seller I would expect to pay $42000-$45000.

The JB seems to be clean. I would offer 43k. Has some nice upgrades. G/L
