FVCK!!!! Scratched my passenger mirror cap...

Did it in an alley in Chicago whilst trying to squeek by a douchebag ATT van parked in the middle. Don't know why I tried, but now I'm faced with a repair or CF caps... what to do?

CF caps look great and they're like 3 bills for the non-bmw ones.

The BMW ones are twice as much and the weave doesn't match (or I probably would have bought them)

Consider yourself lucky Could be much worse.

Only 300? Who makes ones better than the BMW ones? Why don't they match?

Roof of the car is 1x1 weave and the OEM caps are 2x2 weave. Honestly though, it is hard to tell the difference, but it would be enough to bug me.

Mike,

Bring it by.

We can either put on BMW CF caps (in stock) or try to repair the stock mirror cap for you.

Or go with the M5 paint scheme ones that IND offers!! Have them on car, look great... but then I might be a bit biased!

What is this you speak of?

Jesal, I may just do that. I feel like a tool. What kind of money are we talking for CF?

Depending on the color of your car I really like having a contrasting color for mirror covers and hood vents. I went with Gloss black on my MR for both painted by IND and turned out GREAT!!

I have AW and while I like the idea of sharpie art, I don't want my car to look like a 5 year old drew on it! Maybe a sticker or something...
