Interesting, esp. given that gasoline rose a lot more than diesel did.

Where I live petrol needs to go up a lot more to actually make a diesel car worth buying. Right now diesel car mpg does not even come close to overcoming the premium you pay for a diesel car.

The REAL spike hasn't even begun here in the US. Eventually we will be paying $6 to $7 a gallon gas prices here. It's just a matter of time...

Here in Vancouver, BC. We are paying $5.16/gallon (after converted) and this is considered cheaper already. Sigh.

it is 149.9 for 91 octane, which makes it 5.64$ for a gallon in montreal
