Tape unit touches metal carrier below the unit and causing rattles. Put some isolation material between them.

I seem to be suffering similar symptoms described in the 4th SIB with rattling in the dash, though mine was built long after April 09. Anyone with a build after April 09 had the issue fixed as described? I'm assuming that builds after then would already have the felt tape installed.
