I did. Jan 1st. I was with a buddy of mine in his car that was parked in a neighborhood. We were smoking some mary j and a cop rolls up on up. The cop tells us a neighbor reported us. I have no mary with me, he has a little over 1 gram.(for those who don't know what that is, its little to nothing)

He gets a citation/midemeanor.

We both have clean records and have never been arrested. Until that night.

He's currently trying to get a lawyer to work something out with the DA and drop the charge and only pay a fine and possibly something else to supplement the removal of the citation.
