Found a 95 740, need some advice...

I found this 95 740 with 136,000 on it asking for 8,500. It also has 20" chrome rims, it is in really good condition, leather is good and the paint is also shiny with no damage to it. I don't know if I should get it or not, give me your thoughts about it...

make sure u take it to a good mechanic, due to the year of the car. Have the oil pan bolts checked out, cooling and air conditioning checked out. They had problems with the a/m parts.
