Silverstone E92 with "1M" front end mod spotted

Saw this in the guest parking of my apartment building this morning (SoCal - Pasadena). Made me smile..

Complemented by a bunch of other bimmerphiles in the garage:

Hence "1M" because that's the bumper that started a whole new direction of styling with the vertical air scoops... I knew this was a aftermarket bumper but couldn't remember who produced it.

That is too aggressive for the rest of the m3 unless you had a wide-body kit or something else. It works (or this style) works on a 1M because it has a more aggressive body stance and fits the whole picture. The m3 is a relatively smoother, not as shouty flowing body and stance so this uber aggressive front just doesn't go or fit with the point of the design cues on the car.

Also given how huge the holes are without any functionality designed in the m3 for this, the drag and who knows what else could be way off

When will people realize that aftermarket CAD guys do not design better bumpers than the guys at Designworks USA. This bumper is effing disgusting and I'm not being dramatic. I saw this on a white E92 M3 at arclight theater in hollywood a few weeks back and my friend and I just shook out heads. It was also almost all stock like this one.

I'm not feeling it. The fit looks off around the grill which kills it for me. It also looks a little too busy, it doesn't flow as nice.
