Need some feedback from the group consciousness (re: SSK and pulleys)
I recently purchased an AA underdrive pulley and SSK. After reading the DIY thread about installation for the SSK, I realized that was going to take me all day, so I want to make sure I make the right choices here.
1. If you have installed an AA pulley, did you experience *ANY* problems with underdriven accessories (power steering, etc.)? Are you aware of a lightweight replacement crankshaft pulley that is NOT an underdrive pulley? 2. If you have installed an AA SSK, do you like it? Have you tried the Rogue one? 3. If you're a distributor, which have you gotten more positive feedback on for the SSK -- AA or Rogue? Thanks in advance. |

For pulley, both are good.
For ssk I believe RE is hands down better.

Rogue offers both UDPs and hands down the best SSK on the market - we go over both in detail in our journal as well as on the DIY section.

Thanks for the input guys; you told me basically what I expected to hear. I'm going to return the AA SSK and order a RE one.
@niqui : By aggressive, do you mean "more underdrive?" Anyone heard horror stories about problems caused by underdriving accessories? |
