FS: Volk TE37SL 18" Wheels
***SOLD*** Volk TE37SL 18" 9.5" +22 and 10.5" + 20 wheels with a 5x120 bolt pattern (for BMW). These are the ultimate track wheels for the E9x M3. They are in excellent shape, only a couple tiny rock chips, but no curb rash. Nitto NT05 in 265/35/18 and 285/35/18 are mounted on them, and they probably have 2-3 track days left on them if flipped. Also includes a set of Racing Sciences Center Cap Adapters so you can mount center caps on these wheels if desired. Asking $2800 including the tires. Originally purchased from WheelSTO. Not really. Its a very tall gear so it doesnt really factor into daily driving. Its an easy gear to engage, and everything is still well spaced so it doesnt make the other gears harder to get at. The transmission is great, typical Porsche smoothness and the clutch is nicely weighted and forgiving.

I personally think all the talk on the steering is over cooked. There are two options with respect to steering, regular and plus. The plus option is heavily assisted at low speeds and it adds a 'phantom' effect where people attribute the way the car handles more to the steering than the fact that the 991 has the engine more midship than ever. I've got the regular steering and it feels great. |
