Indeed, the F80 has massive advantage from the dig but we should catch up at 300km/h (speed-wise). By then, the V8 would have ran out of real-estate to gain any ground.

DAmn got smoke from the dig. Crazy the speedos get a bit closer at the end... but its much quicker (thinking the launch had some to do with it too.)

Were these both using Launch Control?

IMO these vid dont mean much. there are way to many factors. i wanna see a F80 and E90 line up in the same vid.

Based on on-paper numbers, those vids can't be further from the truth assuming equal driver skill and similar transmissions.

+1, this is at least the 3rd video like this I've seen in the past week. I was beginning to wonder if this was the new age of internet racing. Only when the F80/82 wins in Grand Theft Auto (or whatever) will I believe it's faster!
