Nice, EAS was def representing out there. Toms car was killing it on the track. Def one of my favorite out there. Good to see you EAS guys again and thanks for the great photos! see you guys at bimmerfest

Thanks! Definitely had a fun time in the Vegas heat (107F on the track).

In my defense, my ABS module decided to shut down mid session due to the ridiculous underhood temps (and I hadn't noticed the light on the dash indicating so). With all the drifting I was doing, the rears locked up long before the fronts did. I haven't spun in years, I swear! Haha.

As far as the plate goes, I got it as a jab to myself because I used to have very spectacular offs at higher speed tracks when I first started off. Old habits die hard, as you can see!

Aside from a few rocks between in the bead of the tire, the car is fine. Thanks to all who came out and participated in the Bimmer Challenge. I think I wound up taking 1st place in the B1 class with the crap lap time I set in the morning

. It was like a 2:06.xxx putting around on the my 3rd lap ever at that track... very difficult track to learn due to the lack of reference points and line of sight. I had a hard time instructing students because they wouldn't know where to brake, apex, or track out.

Thanks for the pics, Anthony. I'm going to have to drop by the shop to get my car dyno'd some time soon.

I also got to instruct a female student in a pink Z4... did you get any pictures of me flogging that thing around for a couple of laps? My buddies don't believe that I agreed to drive a pink roadster around

Didn't get any video of the spin, unfortunately.
