09 PP C63's don't have the bump in HP like the 2010+ have. I could see it being a close race. A 12+ plus with PP/Dev pack would be a different story. I've seen a few bone stock ones run 11.9 1/4 mile.

He doesn't know how to drive
The '09 with the P31 option had less power... a 2012+ would be very different. Having said that, even the base '09 C63 should pull a bit on a stock M3 if the driver knows what they are doing. They are not way faster but they are faster even without the bump to 481 HP. His car must be sick. Fastlaps has a 2010 M3 Comp pack at 24.6s to 150mph versus 22.8s for a 2009 C63. Up to 100mph they are closer.

I know that P30 did not come with the power bump, P30 was the LSD option. But I always thought when owners say "PP" it indicates the P31 option. Maybe OP meant that C63 only had the P30? If that's the case, then sure, that result sounds about right, depending on reaction times, the M3 and non-P31 C63 is about neck and neck in a drag race.

I raced a 2010 C63 Sedan (no power pack) with my 2013 Lime rock, it was a very close race, but the C63 had the lead, by a very small gap. I've owned a C63 Coupe before Sandy, and i can tell from experience that the M3 will lose badly ahah
I still like the M3 better tho, my navi in the C63 sucked and the sound system wasn't as good. but i loved that pannnno roof it made it. plus i had to go get new tire's every time. |
