WARNING: RE M3 Drive Day
Not sure if anyone else is scheduled to head down to Phillip Island tomorrow, but I have been in contact with BMW and they are planning on the event going ahead - despite the fact we are in for the heaviest rainfall forecast in recent history. They are saying they wont cancel the event and wont refund or allow me to push to another date. Does anyone else think its ridiculous that they are running this event given the impending storm?
Not only will it severely limit how hard we can push the cars on the track, but getting down there is going to be super dangerous... Thoughts? |

If it's the advance 1 course, apart from being dangerous to get there it prob won't affect much , the laps around the track are paced by them anyways so you can't go any faster than the pace car, it's not like you're going for lap times, it's more about driving lines, then the rest of the day is skid pan and braking and Slalom stuff so will be fun
