M driving school on SC

Have any of you guys scheduled your M driving school in SC? I understand that you can bring a guest and all that is required is that you have taken delivery of and M car and you have one year from delivery date to enjoy the class at no charge. I also understand that you have a cocktail hour at the hotel the night before, then you take the class the next day. What i am not sure of is if you actually have two nights at the hotel. Does anyone have any info on this?

On the M3, unlike the M5/6, you must take delivery of your car at the Performance Center. You get an abbreviated 2-hour session, as well as one night hotel, dinner, breakfast and transportation from the hotel to PC.

Soley for M5/M6 owners, price of school is priced into the cost of car and to answer your last question those who attend the class get two nights 1 the day of the coctail hour like you mention and the other the night of the driving day(you'll be on the track majority of the day) so you'll need your rest when your done and on the third day you check out.

You get the one night before you take delivery of your car. It's not the full M driving course like that of the M5 or M6, like greg said it's only about 2 hours. You can bring a guest at no charge and they do everything the owner does.

You can pay extra to get the same school that the M5/M6 owners receive. Since you're in SC, I would certainly take PC delivery.

As far as the track time, check with your local BMW CCA chapter, I'm sure they have a driver's school that will cost $400-500 for an entire weekend of track time. I much better bargain, and you get a dedicated instructor for the entire weekend.

Here's video of a few laps at a BMW CCA driver's school, in this case it's at Summit Point in WV.

A question:

Can you get the car at the dealer and schedule the 2 hour course for afterwards?

I'll try to make it, but will be difficult. I wonder with how much anticipation they would give a delivery day.

To be perfectly clear, you must schedule PC delivery before production and take the delivery there in South Carolina to qulify for the benefits.

I understand. My post was none-explicative. I meant that it was going to be difficult for me to take this "vacation" and miss work for 2 days.

for me
