Looking for an 09+ E90 with 6MT. Would prefer east coast but flexible on location.

Flexible on all specs: color, options, mileage, maintenance, but expect pricing to be commensurate.

Just thought to update this with more details:

Looking for an E90 with the only requirements being 6MT and LCI

This will form the basis of a large project I'm planning so I'm very flexible on specs and condition, however I'm not really looking for a very mint super clean/low mileage as it wouldn't feel right for the mods I have planned for such a rare car!

Specs:
-Loaded as possible is preference
-Sunroof, dual hump - no problem
-Any color
-History - no issue with high number of owners
-Mileage - any, higher is good
-Damage/accidents - no issues as long as there's no frame damage
-Body condition - damage, cosmetic issues inside/out no problem
-Interior - anything goes but preference is not wood trim

Upgrades
- Anything but supercharger!
- M359 (or reps), brakes, exhaust, bring on the mods!

I'll definitely look to pay more for good maintenance history (regular oil changes, recent services, TA/RBs etc) and quality mods/upgrades

Would prefer nearer to East coast but will travel/ship the right car.

Yes! Michael's car is beautiful...actually bordering on too nice tbh!

I just missed out on dantm3's lovely Dinan E90 (https://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2005555) - I have this in mind as a comp now (it may be a reach - he may have underpriced). Both are very close in specs/age/mileage but the added $$$s of Dinan upgrades at $34.5k was perfect. Both cars will need TA/RBs if I was the next owner which is something I'm factoring in.

While I think Michael has every right to ask his price (and he'll very likely sell soon), he's firm on price so I'm not going to waste his time. It's been sitting with them for a few months and with good reason- while it's a great car it's certainly overpriced (adding to my belief of the current market). I know from speaking to it's previous owner they bought it for $36k so maybe they'll eventually come down...
