KW's Sleeve kit is also worth mentioning, which will retain the factory EDC and allow you to dial in your desired ride height.

No, just the opposite. You'll be fine.

B&G are the lowest google search all the springs. Swift has a nice drop with factory like spring rates B&G is the lowest RD is the next lowest but a lil stuff H&R are very stiff and many don't like them ebiach doesn't even qualify for "lowering" there are a boat load of others but I spent 4 months researching to find the perfect spring and ended up going with the swift spec-r. I'm content but need more low. Coilovers are next on my list of things to do.

RD Sport and B&G are very similar in terms of ride height, I feel the ride on the street is best with B&Gs.

So Tom which of the springs are best IYO, i dont want the lowest probably the highest of the lowing spring(if that makes sense, lol) Really only interested in Swift, Eibach, and H&R, road are bad here my car had EDC and would like better track handling if i ever go, so a good street ride is important. Thanks

Pretty much everyone goes with the B&Gs and Swifts through the doors here, depending on personal taste.

B&G website states 0.5" front and 1" rear lowering? That doesn't seem like much?
http://b-gsuspension.com/searchapplicationguide.php5 Am I looking at the right B&G model? Also I am E93 and they don't list the specific application, will E92 springs work on convertible models? |

My local tuner shop who has a decent amount of BMW experiences trashed on the B&G's saying they are no better than the old Intrax springs from the 90's quality wise.
He was suggesting the tried and true H&R, Eibach and or the KW coil over sleeves |

Having said that, there's a few locals here running Swifts (me included) and we all love this setup.

And I was actually being nice by telling you about the Swift springs, rather than telling you to go search.
