Question 2011 E92 M3 Lease options...

All -

Sometime later this year I will be looking to sell my 2005 E46 M3 w/ZCP and probably lease a new 2011 E92 M3 w/ZCP. I know a little something about leases, however, I want to know what is a good lease deal. I've read that getting the absolute lowest money factor rate is key. Does BMW allow negotiations against their lease specials or is it a fixed deal? What about the dealers?

Any info will be much appreciated!

I got my car in Sept of 09 and they wanted $1370/month to lease my E92. I wound up going with select financing. Sticker was $71k if memory serves. I've heard the residuals have improved and in turn so have the leasing rates, but I'm not sure. Maybe someone who's just gotten a car has some better info for you.

Can I tell him who sent me? That is ironic you mentioned NW BMW, because that is where I bought my 2005 BMW M3 w/ZCP. However, I did not deal with David; I dealt with a gentleman named Marvin Standback.

I will definitely contact David.

Thanks

I have never known BMW to allow customers to negotiate loan interest rates or lease money factors.

Your lease deal depends on the lease program of the month. The lease payment cannot be calculated until we know the #s for that month. The base #s cannot be negotiated further. If you are referring to the "specials" on their website, then you can always get better deals than that. It all depends on the negotiated purchase price.

What seems to be a good deal today may not be any more by then, or vice versa.

Marvin Standback. Classic name. Reminds me of Max Powers from the Simpsons.

Also talk to the dealer about multiple deposits. That seems to lower the month payment as well.

Tell him George with the 335 and m3 on the forums sent you. They will know me. David just started working there and gives no hassle invoice pricing. I have bought 2 bmws from them and highly recommend!

Thanks for that referral, George! I contacted him, I got everything at invoice, and now I have placed an order for 2011 E92 M3 - Alpine White on Fox Red with the following options: DCT/ZCP/ZCV. I told him you referred me and he said, "Yea, George is crazy with his cars; he's a good guy".

Thanks again!

Curious as to what you put down / milage allowed and what your monthly payments are?
