"WE lost your car"

My CA called friday to tell me my car was released from the port thursday at 606 pm. The dealer says my car should be in friday afternoon or saturday.I just spoke to my CA and they don't know where my car is. it's 435pm sunday.

I have had that problem before, the transport company took 3 days to deliever the car to the dealer!

had that problem also. It's because the people at the port or at germany forgot to put the paper with the msrp and options on the window. so they throw it aside and wait for your dealership to call. good luck. mine took 2 extra weeks.

BS, you don't lose a $70,000 car between the VPC and the dealership. Either they sold it out from under you or it was stolen. If it was stolen ask the dealership for a copy of the police report.

You sure it isn't at the BMW center up in Ventura? Or it could be that it went to the wrong dealer. Good luck. Where did you purchase the car from?

just got home with the car ,I will post picks asap. the dealer said the transport truck was delayed because of the fire in yorba linda then it broke down.I'm just happy to get her home.
