cargo ID
customer reference number

NONE of which are my VIN??? what do I do??

nevermindddddd, it was the cargo ID field.

So why am I on a different boat? Maybe mine is extra-special, with a heated cargo hold, filtered-air ventilation, and extra-soft padding. And maybe there's a staff that comes in every shift to wax and detail the car as it sits, alone, amidships. Yeah. That's probably what it is.

Your car was misbehaving and was sent off alone

my biggest problem with the wait is changing my build in my head everyday.

i ordered jerez, no zcp, moonroof, 6mt

if i could order again

individual paint (dakar yellow), ZCP, CF roof, DCT

but then I would probably change my mind back again

Having the fixed date for PCD helps a lot.

I've lost track of my boat, however (not that I'm worried). Damned 2nd-tier shipping company.

I've spent more time reading the manuals, and planning out the drive to Va Tech and back home. (Blue Ridge Parkway, Cherohala Skyway, etc.) Would love to take the beast down some of those scenic California twisties I remember from my days on the West Coast.

FEDORA heads out today (if not already). Let's hope I'm on board. How soon after the ship departed were you guys able to track your VIN on the shipping co's site?

Also - TxFeat - Don't stay on the Blue Ridge for too long. Slow a** speed limits a huge chunk of the way!!

Good Luck, Guys!

Yogi, we'll only take the Blue Ridge Parkway from Ashville to Blowing Rock and call it a night.
Next morning we'll hot-foot it up I-81 to Blacksburg (visiting VA Tech.).

I would re-check that. I know the PDF says Fedora heads out today 2/3, but just checked the company website and it looks like it's not supposed to arrive until 2/4 now and leaving on 2/5 but travel time only 11 days so still expected on 2/16 in NY. Mine is now at the port too so hope it gets on.

Well damn. Now it looks like both Fedora and Oberon are leaving 2/5. Peter, I'd be shocked if we weren't on either one of those. My poor baby's been sitting in the cold for over a week now!!

Five M3 Convertibles were loaded onto the Torino on Tuesday, including #'s 4771, 4776 and 4777. Not yours however. I wonder if they spotted an issue and needed to correct it? Or maybe the Director wanted to get yours autographed by the Factory racing team first. (Sorry, just trying to be optimistic.)

http://app2.kline.com/sailingSchedules/home

Better: On th K-Line site, on the "Schedules Tab, CLick on "RoRo / Car Carrier" and then on "K" Line Atlantic RoRo Schedules (Atlantic).

In the Excel file, click on the TAL Import tab.

My 335Xi was delivered on the Fedora three years ago, and my daughters 328 came over on the Oberon this december and my M3 is currently sitting on the dock in Bremmerhaven. Wonder if you get a discount for being a repeat passenger.
