IND Black Mirror Caps on AW E92

I received these OEM mirror caps painted jet black by IND last week. I am very happy with the packaging of the item and the quick shipping. They did a flawless job painting them and were very well wrapped and protected on the way to me.

They fit perfect and I am very satisfied with the look. I have a few pictures now, but will take more once I have time and get a hold of a better camera. Just wanted to show you guys what it looked like on my car. I thought this was a nice breather from the carbon fiber mirror caps.

Thanks Nate and Andrew at IND!

When i got my AW M3, I painted grills side markers and the mirror gloss black.

It looked cheesy IMO

Swapped the grill for Matt carbon grill and left the side markers in Gloss black.
Then I replaced the mirrors for carbon ones, then eventually took them off and went back to white mirrors.

I also removed the carbon splitter and diffuser. I even removed the dark window tint and went the lightest I could go

IMO I think the whiter the cleaner looking, you already have black wheels.
If you want splitters boot spoilers rather go a RD front bumper, and Vorsteiner Trunk.

If you want black grills, go Matt black to match your wheels. Side markers in gloss black is nice though. Still thin white looks the best, IND is hooking me up soon with Vorsteiner Trunk

see before and afters

How did you find the finish and clarity of the paint was? Did you inspect it?
I had massive problems with them on some gloss black grilles. Never got it right and wasn't ever able to install a good pair. Back to stock...

I looked it over pretty carefully and it looked nice. The clearcoat was nice and even and the paint was good too. Sorry to hear about your bad experence though.
