is this stupid deal?

Hi guys

I am currently driving 09 Z4 35i with 10000miles on.

loaded with full option except for Park distance.

car runs fine and no problem except for the fact that it was lemoned.
(becuase of HPFP problem. car was perfectly fixed and cheap so I bought it)

Somebody asked for trading with 08 M3 coupe DCT with 49000miles on.

he offered me an even trade because my car was buyback.

it has all the options too, except for Nav.

I was satisfied with my Z, but I was always envying with those V8 sound.

Do you guys think this trade doesn't make sense?

I wouldn't trade anything I owned for a previously LEMONED car. Sound favorable to me just based on that.

Is this guy a friend of yours? It seems odd he wants to trade his out-of-warranty M3 for a buy-back Z4. No way would I make this deal.

Does your car still have warranty?

Does his car have extended warranty?
