At first I was like WTF, then I was like they look much better. The stock ones look...well...stock

Having looked at your new VMRs they look sooooo much more aggressive due to the non-OEM look, this will inevitably give you haters but no doubt the car looks more mean. Fits into the look of your car more IMO.

Having the two comparo pics makes it easier to pick holes in your decision, however if treated in isolation or IRL, there would be no doubt the decision in wheels was a good one.

Man..those stock 19" wheels look amazing! While the VMR's look good, I think the factory 19" looked better. Also, the factory 19" are probably stronger and lighter.

Do you still have that set of powdercoated 19" wheels? PM me if you do and are willing to sell.

Hi Sikk
Does look meaner but maybe not as crisp as the OEM. The coating is a different on the VMR's more of matt than a satin. I am thinking of re coating them the same as the OEM in satin black to see the difference.

You are right on the weight issue, the OEM are slightly lighter, but those tyres are amazing, been out in the wet today and it's so good!

Wish I had several sets the the OEM wheels, people keep PM me to ask if I am selling them, unfortunately I am keeping.

Took the VMR's off today as I am having them re coated in satin matt black the same as my OEM, so put my old set back on.

Now I am torn between which looks best...if I can achieve the same finish as my old set then it will be a very close call

No mate, in the flesh they are different, my OEM have a satin finish, the VMR are matt, there is a difference for sure when you stand them together.

There is someone else on here that had this same setup with a textured black finish. Looks good.
