Advice on Starting Forum

Hello,
I want to create a forum with for a distinct clothing/shoe interest. I was wondering if anyone with some background knowledge or skills can help me with this. Anything from getting a host to monthly fees, etc. Is there a site anyone reccomends for my forum? I believe e90 is created by VBulletin and I like what I see? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I run quite a few forums, PM me and I can answer more of your questions.

Monthly cost of hosting (at least for getting started) should be between $7-15 bucks a month for shared hosting.

Domain name will cost between $10-20 a year

vBulletin 4 license is a $285 one time price.

If you don't like VB4 you can also download vB 3.8 with that same license and it will look similar to the bimmerpost forums as they use 3.7
