as of right now I have a section being fabbed that will remove the resonators and then the cats if need be. Not doing this for flames, but to see how much of a difference the sound is

Mega cool! How's that possible? What's a Gintani Stage 2?

Thanks for all the interest guys.

We will be putting the pricing together on this once our testing is complete, but it won't be much.

We have also recently reduced the pricing on our tuning by a huge margin, as well as separating out all the extra options that many do not want/need. We are not forcing our customers to have options they may not need, so we have used that to reduce the costs for the majority.

This will simply be another option that our customers can choose.

Is this just for sound or does it also do flames? Because they are both cool.

I thought that you have to be cat-less to get flames.

Please tell me the revised pricing will have these two options:
  • burble overrun
  • FLAMING OPTION!!! <- I'm serious btw

Is this also gonna spill over onto the S85 tuning? Would be great to get a reduced price with minimal options aswell!

I can assure you it's not. It's simply another option we can induce via DME programming. As you can research from our thousands of tunes in the field, running various states of tune and options we often create due to demand from our clients, we thoroughly test and research every option on our own cars. This option is just another that a few clients requested and we researched.

As has been mentioned, the flames are not large, they are still subtle and ONLY induced when you really pull off the pedal quickly (i.e. on rapid deceleration) so your in control of that.

The sounds is simply great. Its synonymous with highly tuned cars and it's hard not to love it - but the beauty is, its an option and not integrated.

Possibly, we are looking at the whole range, but no decision has been made as of yet.
