This has been discussed a gazillion times on the forum. 255/275 tires are a very common tire size used on this platform with OE wheels. I would definitely run this size tires on the ZCP wheels. However, the 220m forged 19's are 0.5" narrower therefore I would probably stick with OE sizes on that wheel. The last thing that I would say is that Hankook V12 tires are pretty weak. I would spend a little more to get Michelin PSS or better yet Michelin PS4.

Those are fine, per the dozens of threads on here about it. You will have a slightly taller sidewall which should help with ride quality and wheel protection.

The V12 seems to be a decent tire and won't break the bank.

Hankook V12 (k120) is good for a 328i but not good enough for an M3. You would want to get the RS3.
