Advice needed

Hi guys. Had my E93 for just over a week.
Need some advice... when I press the accelerator really hard I have a cheesy grin on my face.
Is this normal?

I’ve found this reaction to be normal, and generally amplified once an after market exhaust has been installed.

I've had the exhaust modded. The sound is heavenly. 😍

Sounds like rod bearings are about to go. I'd do an oil analysis

Prime suspects seem like the muffler bearings or the transducer modulator. Did you even get a PPI?

Exhaust fell off, coz I didn't MOT it.

Facial modulation actuator. Perfectly normal operational behavior. Don't worry about it unless the modulation is 180 degrees off.
