Just saw an odd duck this morning: It looked like a black E92 M3, w custom wheels (dark), but with the lidded grilles of the 3-series 2008-2010. I really don't think it was an M6, hard to mistake that profile. Why those grilles I have no idea. In the Boulder Gunbarrell area. (I was parked next to a gas station. Your passenger looked over at me as you drove by.)

Saw a white 2009/2010 M3 sedan with the original 19" forged wheels and a Dinan drop. (Met the guy in the doc's office). It's 2-years old with under 3k. He said that he also had a Z4, also w/ low mileage. It was at Orchard near Quebec.

I think I met that guy around the time he got that car. One of only two AW E9x M3s I've seen in Colorado. Pretty funny given how popular that color seems to be overall.

Couple sightings today. SS/FR E92 in front of CC Grill around lunch (dcstep?) Also the first AW E92 I've seen, down on Blake around 6pm. Had an aftermarket trunk and deep lip wheels with gunmetal centers. Two in one day, unheard of!

Pretty funny. Quick glance at the tips isn't look like your AA but would have been surprised if it wasn't you (guess it wasn't.)

Saw yet another one, on a roll. AW E92 (pre-LCI, totally stock) driving down McCaslin around 1:45. Anybody here?

I forgot to post this last week:
Last Friday I was driving east on Arapahoe near Parker and I saw an E46 M3. So I pulled up next to it and gave the guy the "whats up" head nod. Just then, an E36 M3 with a chick driving it pulls up on the other side of me and she gives me a big smile and a wave. That was pretty freaking cool. An E46 M3, E92 M3, and and E36 M3 all sitting at a light together by chance.

Was waiting for a light in Parker (in front of Lowes) when my car's twin rolled up next to me. Gave the guy a thumbs-up, he waved. It must be sporty car day around here - in the next 5 miles I passed a black GTR that looked like it was turning into Speed Raceway and then saw a silver S4 wagon headed south on Inverness Dr. Pulling into my work's parking lot some guy in a truck turning the opposite direction mouthed "WOW". Pretty funny

That was me!
In the Jerez Black E90. I was behind you today as well and flashed the high beams on Parker Rd.
Twice in two days? On two separate roads? What's going on here? Your ride looks very clean for a jet black. Not easily accomplished. Love the carbon fiber side markers! See you again soon |

Saw a JB E92 exiting 36 this morning (coming from Boulder and got off on StorageTek.) Looked brand new, really nice.

I work with that guy, not really a "car guy". Great color combo though.

I actually chatted with him for a minute yesterday at a light and I told him about e90post and the drive we have planned for tomorrow. He seemed slightly interested.
And yes, space grey on fox red is a very nice combo. |

Used car bought from Murray about a month ago.
Just saw another two M3s new to me today. IB E90 going down Speer/1st around 1pm, and a SG E92 going north on Pearl this evening. They're everywhere... time to sell!
