I sent an email for the refund, spoke to them on the phone, left voice mails, spoke to the manager, nothing. Good thing I used a credit card and have all email proof.

Fuck them, they are full of shit. If anyone is interested in this car, tell them what I told them, $42k FIRM. The car has been stuck on their lot for 4 months now. They keep playing the $45k firm game, then drop down to $44k FIRM.

I was debating buying this one also last month because it seemed like a goods price for a 10. Instead I found one at tenafly an 08 with 11000 miles 2yr cpo warranty. Paid 45k! Yeah its two years older but the piece of mind from the warranty sold me.
