I wouldn't do vinyl on ANY of those parts. Pure CF only!

Well I wouldn't personally do it, that's all I can say. I'm not a fan of fake cf. To me it just cheapens things. If you want to do something different, consider having them painted.

In all reality, it would probably be fine. Your engine is not going to be harmed at all even if the vinyl doesn't last.
